Return Policy


If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unused merchandise within 20 days of shipping date, in the exact condition that it was shipped, with all tags attached.  Complete the returns and exchanges form that was included with your merchandise, place it along with your returned order in a shipping box and send it back to:

Please ensure that returned items are packed and sealed properly.  Items returned without the proper information required will be refused.  The sender is responsible for the return shipping cost.


Please notify us via email at that you are returning your order prior to shipping.


Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.  A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.  Please note that once your financial institution receives our information, there may be additional processing time to post the refund to your account.


In the event that a wrong or defective item has been shipped and you would like the item to be replaced, please indicate on the returns and exchanges form.  Upon receipt, we will inspect the item(s).  If the item(s) is/are incorrect based on your order or is deemed to be defective, we will gladly replace the item(s), refund you the return shipping costs and re-ship the correct order free of charge. 


Shipping within Canada and the US:

Shipping is free for all orders under standard shipping. Orders will be shipped via Canada post.  US orders will be shipped via USPS.  Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis and in stock items are processed within 3-4 business days from order date.  Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.   Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.


Shipping internationally to the US:

Customs, Duties and Sales Taxes:

For international orders, taxes will not be charged upon checkout.  However, to release your order from customs, you will be responsible for import duties, customs and any local sales taxes, based on the country you are shipping to, upon delivery of your order.  Failure to claim your package within the specified time period held by customs will be returned to SNEHA I VARMA and subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If you have any questions, please email prior to making a purchase.
